Processing orders
All prints and card orders that are placed on the website are processed in 3-5 days. The time to create commissions these are made to order is subject to the content and requirements of the commission. After the commission is complete it will be shipped to your address or you can collect. All products will be shipped from Colchester, England with a Royal Mail and only within the United Kingdom.

Postage costs depending on size of print, all orders will be sent using first class postage

As products are hand made, and either sell as they are (Ready to be purchased products such as prints and cards) or made specifically for you (Commissions made to order), please understand that we do not take returns or offer a refund in case you change your mind.
